I've felt better about my dealings with Unwired than with any other company. All of the rest were mammoth corporate bloodsuckers. With this up and coming local company, however, I felt true concern and personalized service. Those that have helped me by phone and the technicians that have needed to come out a few times over the years have been most excellent, as friendly and professional as the get. Unwired is more down to Earth than the others!

We have used Unwired LTD for over 10 years now. Paul came over recently to replace a dated antenna component on our rooftop dish. Then he reprogrammed the system to accept the higher bandwidth signal. It went flawlessly and we are now enjoying the speed gains from the new equipment. Sonic has recently flooded our neighborhood with sales techs pushing their fiber optic product. At our place they were politely shown the door. We are quite happy with Unwired Ltd.

Unwired has been great. When I call for support (which I’ve only had to do once) I was answered by a human! Their staff is incredibly helpful and patient. On top of having great staff, they have the fastest uninterrupted wifi I’ve ever had for a very reasonable price. I love Unwired and highly recommend their services.. Thanks for all your hard work!

I give Unwired four stars because I was taught that rarely is anything perfect. However, their service has been steady and reliable, and anytime I had any issue, they always responded promptly and professionally. They probably deserve five stars, but I will certainly give them a heartfelt Double thumbs up. 👍👍 … Very nice people. Very good service.

I've been with Unwired for over 13 years. Where we live we're semi-off grid, so no cable. The neighborhood had been using Unwired for years and claimed the service was great. Reliable internet is/was a must have, without which we would not have bought the house. After 13 years I can comfortably swear by Unwired: their prices are completely competitive with the cable/fiber providers; customer service is top notch (small company that picks up the phone when you call); not once have we had a complaint about service or billing; they don't spring surprise increases on you like the cable provider constantly did. We used to be on 10 down 3 up, recently we changed to 30 down 5 up just because it was pennies more. 4 people constantly online working, streaming, gaming. If I ever moved I would go with Unwired if available, no doubt, even if fiber or cable were an option.
