Since June 2025, AdRoll has been a nonstop cycle of errors, broken processes, zero delivery, and ineffective support. We were told to keep trying while paying for services that never worked. After being handed off to dozens of reps and waiting two weeks for “tech support” during active spend, we still don’t have a functioning setup. Do not recommend. What Went Wrong (By Layer) Core Product Reliability — Constant Break Errors Repeated platform error blocking basic actions: “Unable to save your information. Please try again or contact Support.” Every time we fixed one step, something else broke. Progress was one step forward, two steps back for four straight months. Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Integration — Never Worked The integration never functioned correctly from the start. We were repeatedly told it was an “audience” issue with no real resolution. Even after credits and multiple troubleshooting rounds, it still failed. Campaign Delivery — Zero Activity Despite Budget With a live campaign and approved ads, we saw 0 impressions/clicks/spend for days. We were told to change to Impressions, but the UI hid it under Ad Group → Optimization Strategy → Reach (CPM), while Campaign-level bid strategy is something else entirely. This UI/UX mismatch caused delays and misconfiguration. Misleading/Confusing UI — “Bid Strategy” vs. “Optimization” “Bid strategy” shows at Campaign level, but billing/optimization (Clicks, Landing Page Views, Reach/CPM) is only at Ad Group level. Support instructions didn’t match the UI. This confusion directly contributed to campaigns not spending. Support Experience — Ineffective, Slow, and Fragmented We were passed between dozens of reps with no continuity. Two-week waits just to reach “tech support” while campaigns were live. Repetitive questions, contradictory guidance, and no root-cause fix. No escalation path until we began seeking executive contacts ourselves. Financial Impact — Paying for a Non-Working Service Months of wasted budget and time on a platform that never delivered basic functionality. We were told to “keep trying” or wait weeks for help — while time-sensitive enrollment campaigns ran. Credits offered didn’t resolve core errors. Month-by-Month Snapshot June 2025: Onboarding + Meta integration attempts. Immediate save errors. Integration never functional. July 2025: Multiple support threads. Default explanation became “audience.” No fix. August 2025: Constant rep hand-offs, no ownership, same troubleshooting repeated. September 2025: Told to wait ~2 weeks for tech support. Campaigns still at zero delivery. Confusing UI on Impressions vs. Reach. Still unresolved. Why We Don’t Recommend AdRoll Reliability: Blocking errors for months. Integrations: Meta connection never stabilized. Usability: Critical settings mislabeled or buried. Support: Slow, fragmented, ineffective. Cost: Paying while waiting and re-explaining to new reps. Bottom Line: If your business depends on reliable integrations, clear optimization controls, and responsive support, AdRoll is not a safe choice based on our experience from June–September 2025.

Absolutely horrible company! Cancelled 2 different meetings to help with setup, mainly because my budget isn't over $5000 monthly at the moment. Passed me on to customer support who also cancelled the meeting because I wasn't set up. I scheduled the meeting for set up assistance. Unprofessional and disrespectful, stay away, there are better companies to spend your money with.

They have extremely unprofessional and disrespectful staff. They just emailed me ten minutes before our scheduled phone call to tell me that they have to cancel it because they have to go to an outing. They have absolutely no respect for others time!
